Cami Cleaning (ABN 74 990 226 254) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and service address.
- Details about your home and the clean you want (bedrooms, bathrooms, preferences, pets).
- Access instructions such as key, lockbox or alarm details, if you give them to us.
- Booking and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
- Basic website usage data through cookies and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand how people find us.
How we use it
We use your information to quote, schedule and carry out your cleans, to contact you about bookings, to take payment, and to improve our service. We will only send you marketing if you've agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the people and services that help us deliver your clean: your assigned cleaner, our booking and payment providers, and our insurers if a claim is needed. We don't sell your personal information.
Keys and access details
Keys, codes and access instructions are stored securely. Only your assigned cleaner, or a briefed stand-in, can see them. We return or destroy keys and delete access details when you stop using our service.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for business or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@camicleaning.com.au. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
