Not at all. Most of our clients give us secure access instructions and get on with their day. Your keys and access details are handled discreetly and stored securely, and you'll always know exactly who is coming.

We bring our own eco-conscious, low-tox products and equipment as standard — kinder to your family, your surfaces, and the planet. If you have particular products you'd prefer we use on delicate finishes, just let us know.

Always. Every Cami cleaner is fully insured and holds a current national police check before they ever set foot in a home. We personally vet and train each one on the Cami standard, so you can trust who's in your space.

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Consistency is at the heart of what we do, so we'll match you with a regular cleaner who learns your home and your preferences. If they're ever away, we'll brief a trusted stand-in beforehand.

Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a small fee, as your cleaner has already set the time aside for you.

We do. Alongside homes, we look after short-stay and holiday rentals as well as boutique offices across the western suburbs. These are quoted individually — get in touch and we'll tailor something to your space and schedule.

Our Handover clean is worked through against a bond-standard checklist. If your agent flags anything we cleaned, let us know and we'll come back and fix it at no extra cost. See our Terms for details.
